I have been following this guide:

http://www.tonymacx86.com/374-#####-install-os-x-mavericks-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html

I get to step 4.4, and when i use the boot flags in verbose mode, it gets to a point where it is saying "BootCacheControl: Unable to open /var/db/BootCache.playlist: 2 No such file or directory."

I have attempted various fixes by people on the internet..

1. when using the bootflags, i have used case sensitivity

2. I installed the Chameleon 'KernelPatcher.dylib' to /Extra/modules/ folder on the ##### installer USB which fixed my original problem of hanging on the grey Apple logo installer screen

My specs are as follows:

System: HP DV6 3006-tx
CPU: Intel Core i5 M430
Graphics: Switchable graphics

Intel HD Graphics (Drivers installed)/ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650(Drivers not installed), 1366x768

I have attatched a few photos of the very last messages that occur during installation with verbose enabled. It hangs on the bootcachecontrol message for about a minute then it quickly flashes past the next messages before going to a black screen and doing nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated.
