Hi!

After a few months of usage my hackintosh just stopped working. It booted just fine this morning (just a few hours ago!) but now I'm stuck at the apple logo.

The weird thing is that I haven't changed ANYTHING whatsoever. And yet it just stopped letting me into OSX.

I really need some help on this matter. Please help! What could be the issue? (probably graphics I guess?)

I can boot into the system using: -v -f -x GraphicsEnabler=No but the graphics are not working very well. It's like a really low FPS and lagging like hell. I cant watch videos nor play any games etc.

What should I do?

Thanks.

cache from safari?

no. lol.

rebuild the kext cache.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I deleted all cache aswell on my hackintosh.

OK, so I followed this thread:

"I would remove all caches:

Code:
# in Terminal

sudo rm -r /System/Library/Caches/com.apple.kext.caches

Then run Kext Wizard to repair permissions & rebuild caches.

Especially since you've been mucking directly with the com.apple.kext.caches/Startup directory…"

So I typed that in the terminal, then downloaded KextWizard and repaired permissions and rebuild the caches.

BUT… It didn't help at all. Same thing. Stuck at the Apple logo with grey background and without spinning wheel.

What the heck is going on? it worked this morning and it has been working for months now.

Please help.

Thanks.
