dimitar1
So I just fixed my hackintosh and I have a strange issue I can't fix. I downloaded the Yosemite Beta from the App Store and when I try to boot it I get: I usually dig deeper and I tried to run Mavericks from the App Store: Now I think that the problem is that I am running AMD on the host and I tried to "mask" the cpu by adding: cpuid.1.eax = "0000:0000:0000:0001:0000:0110:1010:0101" But that didn't do the trick. Any suggestions? My specs of the host are in the signature. Zenith432
I don't think it's possible to run OS X guest in vmware on host AMD cpu with vanilla kernel. You need an AMD-modded kernel.

I'll try it with the kernel I'm already using now and report results.
dimitar1
Here's the result: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4WyQtCj4gs I can't seem to get passed PCI Configuration Begin with npci=0x2000 and npci=0x3000 What's also interesting that the machine restarts, normally the host has that PCI Config Begin problem, but it doesn't restart when I forget to insert npci flag.
