Hi everyone, very nice to meet all of you.  I am sorry but I am going to get right to the subject.  I am in Afghanistan and have no way to get the Maverick install app from the Mac store.  I do not want to do a distro install either.  That being said, I got a copy of the niresh distro from a friend, I installed a basic copy that allows me to start up in safe mode, where I can run disk utilities.  What I need from one of you is a file list or screenshot of the files in the Mac OS X Install app.  Here is the plan:

1. On my windows PC, running Transmac compare the files in the Mavericks.dmg to the files in the niresh Mavericks.dmg.

2.  Using PCDmg, create a new MAC disc image with the appropriate files from Niresh Mavericks.dmg (accomplished by comparing the two and erasing all the niresh files leaving just the Maverick app files)

3.  Burn the disk image on a bootable usb with "usbit"

4.  Boot up safe mode of maverick and use the disk utility to partition and install Clover(with the dell exx21 .plist file and the Mavericks install image)

5.  Start from scratch with the bootable USB

If someone could provide me with the Maverick App file list or picture of the file tree I would be very great full!!  Sorry this sounds confusing, but I think it will work, if not I will be back on scratching my head again.
