Peppery
Hi guys, I'm running ESXi 5.5 on a HP MicroServer N54L, with the AMD processor trying to install OS X 10.9. I understand this is may not be possible. I've installed the unlocker onto the server and tried creating a installer DMG from the App Store Mavericks download as well as installing it to a VM on my iMac and transferring it across. Both of them hang on the Apple logo, and I suspect this may have to do with the fact the server has an AMD processor. Can someone tell me if this is actually possible to do on AMD, or am I wasting my time? I've had a look through quite a few threads where people have gotten older OS X versions to run on AMD but I'm having no luck here! 2014-08-09T23:58:49.401Z| vcpu-0| I120: Guest: Warning: Mounting unclean HFS+ volume "Macintosh HD".2014-08-09T23:58:49.897Z| vcpu-0| I120: Guest: About to do EFI boot: EFI Virtual disk (0.0) 2014-08-09T23:58:50.457Z| vcpu-0| I120: UHCI: HCReset 2014-08-09T23:58:50.482Z| vcpu-0| I120: Vix: [38537 vmxCommands.c:7586]: VMAutomation_HandleCLIHLTEvent.
