sweeney3744 Posted August 9, 2014 Share Posted August 9, 2014 So I decided to make a bootable yosemite usb. i finally got it to work after getting the "could not find /mach_kernel" error. I just needed to use clover. Now, I cant boot from my hard drive. And only sometimes can I boot mavericks or yosemite. Ill try the same disk every time and itll only work sometimes. I try the install disk. Sometimes itll bring me to my regular desktop, sometimes itll bring me to the setup. If I try to boot from either my Yosemite disk or my Mavericks disk, I get the mach_kernel error. I need help. All i want is to be able to boot yosemite or mavericks from my hard drive without errors or extra usb's plugged in. Thanks in adavance to anyone.
