Repair file permissions you get with: Utilities /Disk Utility

or with Kext Wizard 3.7.11

And use Clover Configurator 4.18.1

Did you enter in Clover/ Boot arguments (config.plist)

<key>Boot</key>
    <dict>
        <key>Arguments</key>
        <string>kext-dev-mode=1</string>

Very important !

I repack package installer from D-Link to OS X 10.10 Yosemite:

http://www.mediafire...4_UI2.6.4.0.dmg

In this Package:

1. Disable driver signature verification.
2. Fix install kext for OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Hi, all

can anyone confirms me that it works on Yosemite with RT2870 (Dlinkgo DWA 125 - N150)?

With this adapter and my actual kext (for 10.8) system freeze after 1-2 minutes :(

Thank you very much

Thanks it works. However the utility doesn't show up for other accounts on the machine. The package lacks the "install for all users" option.

It should work, because your DWA 125 has RT3070 chip and is covered by the RT2870usbwirelessdriver.kext.

Put it in S/L/E with KExt installer or Kext Wizard. and rebuild kernel and system cache.

Don't forget kext-dev-mode=1 as boot argument when using in Yosemite !

What type of hardware is your dongle A or B ?

Under 10.8 you used these original drivers  from D LINK ?

A: GO-USB-N150_mac_driver_revA_4.2.3_all_en_20120307

B: GO-USB-N150_mac_driver_revB_2.0.1_all_en_20130315

Hi, It's B type, this is all the device info:

http://www.dlink.com..._revb#downloads

GO-USB-N150, Wireless N 150

HW version: B1

Fw version: 2.00

drivers i downloaded from this link are what yo say:

GO-USB-N150_mac_driver_revB_2.0.1_all_en_20130315.zip (22Mb)

This is the content of file with drivers for version from 1.04 to 10.8 and a release note.

Sorry but my dongle is Dlink DWA-120 (RT2870)

Yours obviously is a RT5370 !

I saw in 3in1_Wlan_11n_USB_MacOS10.8_Driver_83.26.06_UI_2.0.1.zip ( with Pacifist.app)

this:

Attached File  Capture d'écran 2014-11-05 18.30.27.png   109.89KB   11 downloads

So there are 3 kext there for going to S/L/E

The Wireless Utility.app is version 2.0.1

If you read information on each content, you know where they are going when you install this !

So it seems your dongle is not working with RT2870USBWirelessDriver.kext        even Ralink is saying otherwise !

You could give it a try on your HACK even it is not made originaly for OSX for 10.10  but for 10.8 !

There is an uninstall.command  , to go back if it is not working for you !

Sorry but this is all I can say !

Good luck

I installed this official kext for 10.8 in my 10.10 and it works... but just for a minute or two, after that, system freeze. I've asked Dlink for a compatible driver for 10.10 and they answered me (this morninig) that actually they are working on this point at their lab in order to release it but with no date of release. Because of that i was looking for an alternative option. With this Ralink kext, my system detects the device but does not work :(... maybe because the kext is not compatible but... why it is detected by my system in SysPref/Network... i don't know

Thank you very much

I repack package installers from Realtek 10.9 drivers to OS X 10.10 Yosemite:

https://www.mediafir...ix_for_Yosemite

In all Packages automaticaly:

1. Disable driver signature verification (kext-dev-mode=1)
2. Fix install kext for OS X 10.10 Yosemite

For your D-Link GO-USB-N150:
Uninstall all old drivers.
Use "Realtek RTL8188EU9 v1008 Package Driver.pkg"

I's works!!!! but there's something strange because installation didn't finish totally, i got an error message:

Attached File  Captura de pantalla 2014-11-06 a las 20.50.45.png   62.97KB   8 downloads

however kext was installed, Wireless Network Utiliy open and detects my device and... works!!

Attached File  Captura_de_pantalla_2014-11-06_a_las_20_44_29.png   48.55KB   6 downloads

I've restarted the system and keep working. I'll be testing to check if the previous problem (freeze) does not appears.

Thank very much!!!

I update all installers. Try:

https://www.mediafir...ix_for_Yosemite

P.S.

Start Uninstall.command before installing the new package.

Bonus:

3. Enable "Advanced Setting" page in UI.

Ok, previous package didn't include Unistall... only had Install.

¿What's new in "Advanced Setting"?

Edit: didn't see the image in first look.

Thanks
