Can't Install Yosemite with createinstallmedia

Go to system  /LIbrary /  Extensions/  and copie to desktop IoneworkingFamilly.kext 

put AppleIntelE1000 on plugin  and reinstall  Ionetworking with kextwizzard  on S /L /E And cheek the backup kext 

 

Repare the disk permission on disk utility  after type this on terminal

 

sudo kextcache -prelinked-kernel

and reboot

I've got the kext installed and it works when I have clover inject kexts, also in config.plist is set to inject kexts but it doesn't work unless I tell clover to inject kexts manually. Will the kextcache command still work?

TRY to put the kext   also On EFI /CLOVER  / KEXT / OTHER

Thanks a lot for the help Chris... I was having very similar problems and your usb tool finally got me past the install but like garnerlogan65, i too was having issues with network (and audio) so followed exactly what you suggested and now it wouldn't even boot.

 

My specs:

Z68x-ud3h-b3 with UEFI bios, ATI 6870 card, i5 2500K, Samsung 830 SSD etc.,

 

I still have a working Mavericks install. Can i somehow use those kexts for networking and audio with Yosemite?

 

EDIT: Also, after intalling clover v2k_r2778, i do not see EFI folder in root... when I tried it twice, i saw EFI_backups and coped EFI folder from that to / and proceeded with the FakeSMC etc.,

if its not work I made Installer for Yosemite Beta ,I Upload soon on english to the forum

 

 you just need to formate the USB one partition Mac OS extend journalize /GUID

*********IMPORTANT *********

You need to  Have Install Yosemite Beta.app on Applications 

Ran Installer and change destination, select USB ,continue  and Install 

WHAIT 20 MIN depends the speed of your USB disk  

Reboot enter thats it

I've installed on a USB stick - booted it up in my i5 Samsung slate - I hit enter on the first boot option but it gets a quarter of the way on the progress bar and reboots and it keeps doing this

 

I've added the following boot arg(s):- (tried each one in turn)

 

-v kext-dev-mode=1 GraphicsEnabler=No

-v kext-dev-mode=1 

-v kext-dev-mode=1 Cpus=1

 

but it still reboots

 

it reboots straight after it shows the uptime in nano seconds on the screen

 

are there any options that I can try to stop it re-booting?

just  type space keyboard /   select boot verbose and post the pics of the screen
