fkntheman
MacPro 1.1 duo core intel xeon 2.66 I've been looking everywhere for a guide on how to do this, but I can't seem to find much. My guess that it doesn't work is because my mac's EFI is 32-bit (that's my guess) I found this link, but i'm not sure if this is the way to do it. If someone can help me that would be great. http://forum.netkas....pic,1123.0.html Thanks
PJALM©
OSX 10.6 Server runs just fine on a Mac Pro 1,1 in fact one of mine came with it. Whats the issues you are having?
fkntheman
It said install failed, the installer could not copy the necessary support files.
PJALM©
You are using the 10.6 DVD? I just tried the installer again using my OSX 10.6 Server DVD and was fine. If it really won't work you could allways install Lion and download the Lion Server app from appstore. The 1,1 and 2,1 will run up to 10.7 without needing any special bootloader.
