its super buggy Menubar items and finder aren't in black mode yet, it should need this too(still incomplete):

Open your /System/Library folder by clicking Go >> Computer on the Apple menu bar, click your Yosemite drive then go to System >> Library

Open the CoreServices folder

Right click SystemAppearance.bundle and choose Show Package Contents

Open Content >> Resources

Rename “DarkAppearance.car” to “GraphiteAppearance.car”

Open System Preference >> General

Under Appearance switch from Blue to Graphite

Logout and log back in

Finder is fine - however, the MenuBar is not.  (Finder shows white text, and the white Apple, on the dark background, as is proper - however, the MenuBar text and icons are unchanged - oopies.)

It reminds me a lot of the current Visual Studio IDE (Windows) - which has a dark theme as the default.  Once they fix the MenuBar, it will work MUCH better.

Nice, but i can't see the icons in the menu bar (black on black)

I hope this is temporary

Maybe sometime later, developers would attach a new image for dark mode within their apps.
