i have done myHack 3.3.1 and apple app store (vanilla) 10.9.4 successfully..

after creating usb boot disk copy the kernel that works for you to the root of the usb and kext that you need copy them to the extra\extensions with kext wizard

i also edit my org.chameleon.Boot.plist. it under extra folder as well

i add kernel flags -v npci=0x3000, USBFix

boot it up and  install it.

(i think during the install myHack ask you if you want to copy your Extra folder and i copy the one that i have in USB)

after install boot from the USB again and copy the kernel to your hard drive.

in the terminal cp /mach_kernel /Volumes/MAC ( MAC is the name of my Hard Drive this is where you put name of your drive)

now you should be able to boot from your hard drive..

this is the issue i had after i boot from the hard drive my system was so slow it take about minutes to respond on command

to fix this i copy AppleACPIPlatform.kext and IOPCIFamily.kext to the S/L/E

here is the kext from 10.9 (https://www.dropbox.com/s/rbq6yvbymsks2iz/Archive.zip?dl=0)

still i have these issue

safari got some art effects on fonts ( chrome and firefox works fine)

icloud dont works

Hope this help

best software for this is kext wizard and chemeleon wizard
