I want to know why yosemite 10.10 not copy files to the S / L / E as version 10.9.3 ago.

Or how to install it yourself, or use Kext Wizard.

I don't get the redirect messages as you show.

Use ./AppleHDA8Series.sh -b AppleHDA

Issue with script, likely, because the OS version is newer than the plist version.

Install with Kext Utility.

10.9.3 is that if it is to restart the  Back to previous page
10.10 Why not make the restart with this solution.
And it copies the file to the S / L / E 10.10 like I said, it must do a better course.

Now a new problem anymore.
10.9.3 I updated to 10.9.4 13e25 sound, the board has no issues.

My mistake, the Realtek ALC AppleHDA Support kext method does not work in 10.10.

Use Post #1, Clover Patched Realtek ALC method.

Have not test 10.9.4.

Toleda what should I modify in binary appleHDA for audio HHDMI the GT210?

What patches did you use to get GT 210 HDMI audio working (screenshot on other thread)?

With Nvidia, only dsdt edits are required (a few specific exceptions).

Hi toleda,

I had noticed this a while ago, and I'm also using Patched ALC Method...

But Clover had some issues with KextInjection + Yosemite that was fixed by

pene yesterday at Revision 2743...

I'll make a new test to confirm if it's working now and let you know if it works...

EDIT

Unfortunately, still not working...

Clover kext injection problem?

Clover patched AppleHDA working on 10.10 and Update 1, v2703.

Problem: attached AppleHDA,kext does not have Resources/zml files.

Fix: ALC892/toleda/audio_ALC892

1. Download ZIP

2. Double click: Downloads/audio_ALC892-master/cloverALC/audio_cloverALC892-90_patch.command

3. Verify kernel cache rebuild

If no audio, rebuild kernel cache and restart.  (perhaps 2743 eliminates the occasional rebuild/restart)

Note: not sure of your hardware, 10.10 HDAController patch is only for 9 Series motherboards (patches out 8 Series device_id)

I hadn't noticed the absence of the zml files, actually, I don't even

took this in count...

But I already have a working AppleHDA.kext using your script...

I only thought that maybe, the the issue was Clover's KextInjection,

but the issue was, me as I've messed with my Vanilla kext... :D

Thank You!

I thought that I had done something wrong with the kext, but actually, there is no ZML files at Yosemite's AppleHDA.kext

build 14A238x or 14A261i.

So, it wasn't me...  :D

Only injection in AppleHDA binary in an old kext!

there is no ZML files at Yosemite's AppleHDA.kext

build 14A238x or 14A261i.

The zml files are 892 specific files, added to the native AppleHDA.kext, required for 892 AppleHDA audio.  Once installed, no maintenance is required and the files are persistent.  For installation, see Post #31 for the script or install the files manually.

Only injection in AppleHDA binary in an old kext!

Nvidia HDMI audio arrived with 10.6.2 and Device_ID validation arrived with 10.6.3.  No known GT 210 patch working on any newer AppleHDA.kext.

And why not run AppleHDA 10:10 paddling Yosemite?
10:10 kext AppleHDA not be more device-id for patches as before!!

What change in AppleHDA kext 10:10 to succeed in remendas?

AsRock Z77 Extreme6 - ALC898 Audio & Clover

I tried to patch AppleHDA.kext via Clover, but I still need to run the xxx.command ??

So, basically, i still need a patched AppleHDA in my S/L/E ? (Replace AppleHDA or run the command patch after every single update)..

Is there an option to use a patched AppleHDA and keep it patched (Update) ? Or let Clover do anything?

Using Chameleon at the moment. I used various AppleHDA kext but nothing is working on that.

Try Clover_v2k_r2747
