Thanks, I will have a look and see what I can find.

With this board please could you advise if I should create/use existing an DSDT (from working Mavericks) or try and go for a vanilla install (DSDT Less).

Also what the best way to get sounds going? I have an ALC889a audio codec and can locate the kext - however I am unsure how to install it - should I simply put it in the S/L/E and re-compile the kext's?

Cheers (and thanks)

Hi There,

So I did the following:

Added a couple of lines to my org.chameleon.Boot.plist

        <key>EthernetBuiltIn</key>

        <string>Yes</string>

        <key>HDAEnabler</key>

        <string>Yes</string>

        <key>HDEFLayoutID</key>

        <string>01000000</string>

        <key>ShowInfo</key>

        <string>Yes</string>

        <key>Graphics Mode</key>

        <string>1024x768x32</string>

        <key>GraphicsEnabler</key>

        <string>No</string>

        <key>Instant Menu</key>

        <string>Yes</string>

        <key>Kernel</key>

        <string>/System/Library/Kernels/kernel</string>

        <key>Legacy Logo</key>

Added the HDAEnabler7.kext and AppleHDA-265-2.81-ALC889a.Kext using iKext

and copied my DSDT.aml and HDAEnabler.dylib files across from my 10.9 install

and also patched the ApplRTC file as per found instructions.

Upon reboot it seems to all work - however it has randomly rebooted whilst going into sleep mode I suspect (didn't do this before)

Cheers
