General used price for Macbook Pro

I've been thinking about picking up a used Macbook pro 13". I used to have a 15" pro model in 2011 but had to sell it at one point to help my mother out with some bills. I'm not sure what the going rate should be for a 2010 or 2011 model should be. I've seen them for as much as $800 on ebay and craigslist in my area.

I already have a working hackingtosh, 100% running on an ssd in this desktop. I want to do some android/web development and I found out that I spend more time in OSX working on my websites than I did on the windows partition. Plus I have not had a laptop in a long time and figured a macbook would be nice to have.

I don't know if the 2.3ghz core i5 or 2.4 makes a big difference. I certainly don't want a core 2 duo. Whatever I buy I will be putting in a 256gb SSD and 8GB of ram anyway. So I'm looking for some suggestions and help on what I should buy.

The 2010 13-inch Macbook Pro comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo series processor and NVIDIA GeForce 320M integrated graphics. The going rate for those is around $400-$500 depending on condition.

The 2011 13-inch Macbook Pro comes with the Sandy Bridge Intel Core i5/i7 and the clock rates in my opinion do not really make a big impact in performance whatsoever, they also use the integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics which is very fast, almost comparable to the 320M (a milestone for Intel graphics) while using half as much power.

The 2012 13-inch Macbook Pro is essentially the 2011 Macbook Pro with Ivy Bridge processors and graphics. The processor features a 10% improvement clock-for-clock compared to SB but the most noticeable improvement has to be in the new integrated GPU, the Intel HD 4000 which boasts to be as much as 3x faster than the HD 3000, almost (emphasis ALMOST) as fast the dedicated NVIDIA 330M in the 15-inch 2010 Macbook Pros.

Between the 2011 and 2012 13-inchers, the going price for both of these are between $600-$800 (at most and I would be reluctant to buy a 13" non retina MBP at $800 with the new price cuts).
