hello

take a read here

Hibernation

about ur speed step .. are u using nullcpupowermanagement ?

16 /34 maybe is only minimum and maximum frequency

if the cpupowermanagement is not working properly .. maybe from there ur sleep problems .. besides usb , video .. to sleep work must have a hack working without problems in this.. is a combination..

good hack
