lagloose Posted May 19, 2014 Share Posted May 19, 2014 Hey people,after nearly 3 weeks of try and error i request help to fix my audio issues. I installed Mavericks on a Samsung E257 Nano laptop with success. I have nearly everything working. Graphics, Wifi, Lan, Touchpad, USB etc. But Audio drives me Nuts. AFAIK AppleHDA does not work together with an AMD machine. So i’ve to use Voodoohda. Installed latest 2.8.5 which generally works but i have the ‚mouse‘ effect. I can play Video and Audio without any problems as long as i move around the mouse or hold a finger on my touchpad. But as soon as leave the machine untouched, video and audio starts to stutter and crackle. lspci identifies my device as 00:14.2 Audio device: ATI Technologies Inc SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA). DPCIManager reports my Audiodevices as ATI R6xx HDMI and Realtek ALC269.I’ve read dozen of threads concerning this issue. But nothing fixed it for me. IMHO this is an IRQ issue. But i’m not very experienced with DSDT editing so i would be very thankful if a ‚specialist‘ could have a look and perhaps help me out. Find attached an archive where you can find a dump out of IoRegExplorer, a DSDT.aml file for my machine and outputs of dmesg and bdmesg.
