So let me start this by providing my system information: MB: Gigabyte GA-MA790GPT-UD3H CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE RAM: G.Skill (2x1) F3-10666CL9D-2GBNQ, G.SKill (2x2) F3-10666CL9D-4GBNQ, 6GB total GPU: MSI Radeon R7770-PMD1GD5 HDD: 2TB Hitachi HDS5C3020ALA632 (MBR - 4 Partitions [3-NTFS, 1-HFS+ (OSX)]) 200 GB Seagate ST3200820AS (MBR- used for Windows Programs/Users) 120GB OCZ Vertex 4 (MBR Windows 7) So I have put in approximately 72 hrs worth of work so far in getting my Hackintosh working properly and now I'm at the point where I've tried everything I can think of but can't get some features to work. I installed OSX using the Niresh 10.9.0 Mavericks Distro to a 100GB partition. I can boot to the OS perfectly fine as well as boot to Windows without issues. Problem #1 Graphics: When I boot up I don't have a Graphics Enabler option set however this disables Full QE/CI support and causes artifacts to appear in Safari, etc. I attempted to Use GraphicsEnabler=Yes but I get a Memory Allocation Error (memory allocation error! 0xdeadbeef, Size: 0x0, File: ati.c, Line: 1772) So then I tried GraphicsEnabler=Yes and picking different Framebuffers/Ports. The closest I came to fully functioning was with Dashimaki, however all I got was a white screen and mouse cursor. I read the "sleep" fix corrects this but that is another issue I am having. Without GE OSX recognizes the card as "AMD Radeon HD 7xxx 1024 MB" Not "AMD Radeon HD 7770 1024 MB". I should also note that I am using an HDMI connection, but if need be I can try DVI. Problem #2 Sleep/Restart: When I try to restart the OS it gets all the way through the unmount process and runs "MACH REBOOT" at which point nothing happens and the pc stays running. Putting the PC to sleep causes the hard disk to spin down, but then I go to a black screen with the mouse cursor where pressing any key will cause the login screen to appear. I clicked to apply the restart fix in Chameleon Wizard which changed this process only slightly, basically the same actions occur but the display output shuts off and never comeback on while pc continues to remain running. Problem #3 No Sound via HDMI: Voodoo HDA came preinstalled with Niresh - No sound though. I tried the Enable HDMI Audio using Chameleon Wizard - Still no sound. I'm not sure if this is resulting due to OSX not Identifying the Video Card correctly, or maybe an incorrect Kext or what. I read somewhere that some of these issues may be fixed/easier to fix by updating to 10.9.2 but I'm not sure how I would go about doing that so that I can boot up without issues. Most searches I did showed people using the Combo Update but then not being able to boot up and having to switch back to 10.9.0/1 so if someone can point me to a simple way of updating to 10.9.2 without causing me to backtrack that would be cool. These are my top three issues I need help solving. Below I will list some helpful info about my settings/boot options, etc. I have S3 suspend enabled in BIOS as I use it all the time with windows. I have HPET "enabled" in BIOS but no further options available. I have version F4 of BIOS. All USB options are enabled in BIOS. I also have AHCI enabled as it's used to optimize my windows install on SSD. As a bonus if someone can help me in creating a DSDT that works perfectly for my motherboard and graphics I would be extremely ecstatic. From what I've read having a DSDT could help in alleviating my problems, but unfortunately I can't find any patches for my devices and I have no clue how to read the code and create my own patches.
