prashant@8530 Posted April 22, 2014 Share Posted April 22, 2014 I have somehow installed mavericks using niresh distro in my laptop but after installing when i boot in to the system touchpad clicks are not working. Initially they work when i select language options and all other stuff but after logging in they don't seem to work.......Other problem is that my system has switchable graphics HD4000/Nvidia GT735M, I want one of them to work efficiently so that i can have full qe/ci and all other functionality......My Hardware Info....System:Sony/SVF14A15SNCPU: Core™ i5-3427U/HM76Graphics: HD4000/Nvidia GT735M + 1600x900 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I want to boot it from a usb drive as i dont want to damage my system existing partition as it has an uefi bios and some system recovery partition.Though i have installed mac on a sepearate partition in my hard drive,I want to install the bootloader on an usb drive so whenever i want to boot into osx i do it using my usb drive so that my factory partitions remain same as before.How should i proceed.??? Which bootloader shoiuld i install and how do i configure it??? Intel HD4000 how do i made this work as my system has switchable graphics?? I have enabled the intel hd 4000 successfully in my hackintosh (mavericks) using the parameter ig-platform-id in the clover bootloader. The kexts below are loading for the Intel HD 4000: AppleIntelHD4000Graphics.kext AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext AppleUpstreamUserClient.kext AppleMCCSControl.kext And i have deleted all the GeForce* and NVDA* kexts. Everything works fine, but in the console log, I see an error stating: "_CGXGLDisplayContextForDisplayDevice: No matching context for device (0x7fdc39c0d8f0) - disabling OpenGL" For me, it looks like I don't have QE/CI working properly...
