Disk utility and restart doesn't work with hard disk sleep

Hello,

 

When I active the "Put hard disks to sleep when possible" in the "System preferences", "Energy saver", Restart fail and Disk utility can't be opened after disk sleep.

 

This problem appear since 10.8.3 version. Now I use 10.9.

 

I tried Chameleon boot loader and clover, but nothing solved the problem.

 

My config :

 

ASUS DESKTOP PC CM6870 - INTEL CORE i5 3350p - DDR3 8Gb - OCZ Agility 3 SSD 60 Gb - ATI sapphire 6870 - 10.9.2

I don't use DSDT and SSDT. 

I just have added these kexts : RealtekR1000SL.kext and FakeSMC.kext

 

Any idea ?

Maybe it's a disk problem... or driver... did you tryed to fake you ahci controller? to something else?
