If this is a new Apple ID, you do not need to create another one. To use this Apple ID with iMessage, contact iMessage support with the code below. lizardous Posted April 29, 2014 Author Share Posted April 29, 2014 I've managed to fix the problem. My problem was that I was adding different address than I had when I first got my debit card.
