carlnunes Posted April 20, 2014 Share Posted April 20, 2014 Here's my account with installing 10.9.2 on GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3L with Radeon 5450.SPECS- Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz- 4GB DDR2 1066- GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3L BIOS: F9- SATA HDD- Mavericks 10.9 App Store DownloadINSTALL - Chameleon-2.2svn-r2377.pkg - http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/289062-109-mavericks-simple-vanilla-hackintosh-install-guide/ - Install settings - Unlike the referenced guide; Format your USB; Options > Master Boot Record - BIOS settings - Mac OS will reset your BIOS and you'll have to enter the correct settings for each boot; until you install Chameleon - RTC Patch for Mavericks 10.9: - perl -pi -e 's|\x41\x89\xd7\x41\x89\xf4|\xe9\xb8\x00\x00\x00\x90|;' /System/Library/Extensions/AppleRTC.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleRTC - Set boot priority to your USB - Boot settings - "-v -x -f" - Google Drive Hackintosh Share (carls-gaep45ud3l-Extra-Installs.zip)- Software Update to 10.9.2 - Audio - ##### ALC888 Legacy 100202 Restore from Time Machine backup - Boot from USB into OS X Installer > Utilities > Restore System from Backup... - Reboot your system and boot to the USB stick again but this time select your OS X install.
