I am using myHack, no special kext in extra folder with 10.9 Mavericks installer. I have to boot with npci=0x3000.

In the USB drive? Do I have to run Kext installer of just drag and drop ?

If you're using myHack, copy the kexts to /E/E then run myFix (quick). Basically you need the good old revised IOATAFamily kext.

You should not keep posting about the Optiplex 745 in a 755 thread. If you search the Net, you'll probably find your answers as this issue has long been reported and answered to.
