Dell Optiplex 755 no disk shown during install except USB drive

dell optiplex 755 10.9 Mavericks no disk install

I am using myHack, no special kext in extra folder with 10.9 Mavericks installer. I have to boot with npci=0x3000.

In the USB drive? Do I have to run Kext installer of just drag and drop ?

If you're using myHack, copy the kexts to /E/E then run myFix (quick).
