juampiursic
Hi, i'm with a ASUS P8Z68-V PRO and i5 2500K which i can't overclock, 3.3GHz is stock speed but even if i got to 3.7 let's say for example, i can't boot, i get a kernel panic. So, what i can do? I download a SSDT for 2500K for overclock to 5GHz or so they say and also a AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext that was patched but nothing helped. Before that i used SSDT from ##### for i5/i7 overclock but nothing. System is running fine with 10.9 Mavericks but i want my OC. Please if someone can help me i'd really appraciate it.

Hi. change bootloader to clover. Clover automaticaly genetares states for OC so no need for SSDT.aml

Sorry for the tonymac's tool stuff. I'll read the link you gave me. And i don't want it to reach 5GHz, only 4.2, i used that SSDT to see if i could achieve some overclock. Hi. change bootloader to clover. Clover automaticaly genetares states for OC so no need for SSDT.aml So you say if i use Clover i'd get my overclock without touching anything? Do you know if i have to disable or enable, EIST or C1, C3, C6 stuff in BIOS?
Pimentel
Hello So... You choice, Chameleon or Clover...anyway, sometimes Clover doesn't generate a correct TDP for some CPU, so you'll need create a SSDT(pike's script)to fix it and disable P and C States in config.plist EIST or C1, C3, C6 stuff in BIOS? Isn't necessary use this if you using SSDT(pike's script).
