I have my hackintosh setup but im thinking about uprading everything besides the HD i have osx installed on. current setup:

gigabyte z77 ds3h

i5 3570k 4.2ghz

8gb corsair lp vengence 1600

gtx 760 sc 2gb

128gb ssd (w7)

500gb hdd(osx) 10.8.5

Clover bootloader

next build:

(motherboard??whatkind?)

i7 cpu what gen?

16gb corsair 2400mhz ram

gtx 780 (Asus)

240gb ssd (windows7)

500gb hdd (previous osx hd from old hackingtosh build)

clover ect. bootloader

what power supply you guys rec?

thanks for any advice.

Definitely possible to do this but easier if you use Clover since you can store different system configurations in OEM folders

Try to keep S/L/E as "vanilla" as possible and keep "hackintosh kexts" elsewhere eg /Extra/Extensions if using chameleon & boot without kernel cache.

As an example of Clover booting multiple machines, have a look at my post here where I can use the same external USB HD to boot 3 different machines...
