kryten
Has anyone found an answer to the Haswell speedstep problem when building a hackintosh with a Gigabyte z87 motherboard? Us mere mortals nope. Check out Pike's blog http://pikeralpha.wordpress.com/ If you manage to crack it please report back and share the secret. After some fiddling I managed to get one additional CPU P-State : 8 17 35 36 37 38 39 on my Z87X-UD3H with i7 4470k.

He has other things to deal with. I only hope that I'm not the only one puzzling...
wastez
If you want to use the old PM you can edit your ssdt to use the AppleIntelCPUPowermanagement instead of Xnu CPU PowerManagement.

I'm just stuck at only 8 35 36 37 38 39 on my Z87-UD5-TH. Regards, Simania

There's some interesting stuff to read on the last couple of pages in this thread http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/290406-success-gigabyte-z87x-ud3h-mavericks-dp2-haswell-hackintosh/page-10. About using Clover and letting it generate the states and using a MP3.1 smbios but it doesn't work for me.
