mac09hack
Greetings to all hackers. I am planning a new Haswell based hackintosh. I am starting out with a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD7 TH motherboard and an Intel i7 4770K CPU. There is much to say about the latest Intel offerings. Reports of overheating are based on Power Supplies putting out TOO much current as the Haswell technology was intended for laptops. Then there is the CPU clock speeds that vary, (don't know much about this) Planned further to use an EVGA GeForce 760 video card and the fastest memory allowable(1600) Water cooled and PSU that can be certified with Intel Z87 chipset. Any thoughts, suggestions on this build?
