recover User Login picture

My father has passed away and I would like to recover the user photo he took with his 10.6.8 MBP built in camera. I am guessing the picture is hidden by the system as  I have searched through the System and Library and have not found anything. 

 

I don't know what the picture is saved as or where it is saved, so any suggestion would be appreciated by my family.

Try /users/NAME/Pictures/PhotoBooth*

pictures folder... photo booth app by dragging taken picture to desktop......

Look in ~/Library/Images/iChat Recent Pictures, where ~ is your Home folder.

Try /users/NAME/Pictures/PhotoBooth*

or show package contents on the photo booth library app and going into that's pictures library
