Getting internal display working with HD4600 graphics card in toshiba satellite l855 - HDMI is perfect with full qe and 1gb ram

Hi,

My hackintosh laptop (well it's a friends actually, I have 2 MBP's personally).. is ALMOST perfect:

It's a toshiba L855 core i5 laptop with 6gb of ram and intel hd4600 64mb integrated graphics.

I did a [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] install of Mavericks, then ran [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] "[url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url]" plus the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement patch, with no NullCPUPowerManagement.

I also deleted ALL non-intel graphics kexts.

I have chimera 2.2 installed as the bootmanager.

My system type is set to MacbookPro8,1 via [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] (though I still get a picture of a mac mini on the about/more info screen).

I also upgraded to 10.9.1, and repatched the above kexts.

I have done no other modifications.

I can achieve full QE/CE and great resolution and totally kick-arse performance but only in the following situation:
Boot with chimera, with the hdmi cable attached, and IGPEnabler=YES IGPlatformID=0D220003 If I do that I get my 1gb gfx ram, totally sweet performance.

However, I cannot for the life of me get the internal screen to come on with the 1gb ram and great performance.

Weird things:
With certain IGPlatformIDs (04120004 and 0A260005) I can get the internal display to come on; but with only 64mb of ram and really crappy/choppy/jiterry performance (looks like no QE),
If I fire up the laptop with IGPlatformID=0D220003, without having the hdmi cable in, I get blank internal display. If I then plug in the display I get garbled {censored} on my hdmi.

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. I'm so close to making a sweet hackbook for my friend who desperately needs to get away from windows 8. I'd lend her one of my mbp's but the wife uses it.

I'm sure that this is just beyond my grasp - when it's booted with IGPlatformID=0D220003, and hdmi cable plugged in, the machine is just the BOMB! I don't even care if to use the hdmi monitor my friend needs to use a different IGPlatformID and reboot, just please for the love of God help me find away to get that same sweet performance on the internal display.

I'm sorry I'm such a noob and I don't know what more info to give you guys to help us work it out : but anything you want to help diagnose it, I'll post real quick.

This is now FIXED. I used chameleon bootloader with flags GraphicsEnabler=YES IntelCapriFB=3.

 

It's lovely.
