Hello

Look, make some tests.

With UEFI mode enabled in Bios:
*Boot with Clover
*If doesn't work, boot with Clover and press [space] and boot without caches

With non-UEFI mode(legacy_boot)enabled in Bios:
*Boot with Clover
*If doesn't work, boot with Clover and press [space] and boot without caches

Also
*Boot with Chameleon, press 1 while cursor are blinking...
*If doesn't work, boot with Chameleon and try multiples boot flags, but don't forget boot with cpus=1

Hello

You don't add any kext or bootloader to DVD retail.

Because this you need use DVD retail+BootCD. In boot CD have bootloader+kexts

But why you want DVD retail+BootCD? Your hardware is new, usb bootable is the new way(and easy way)to install OSX.

Read this guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/280756-guide-the-all-in-one-guide-to-vanilla-os-x-including-chameleon-dsdt-for-beginners/
