cactusjack901
So, a few months ago, I purchased an MSI MS-16372, which according to everything I can find, is actually the MSI PR600. I don't have a Linux disc/USB on hand to use to run lspci at the moment, BUT I know that I can run Lion on here, at least with the help of iATKOS (which I ultimately removed because of sound issues, and let's face it, do YOU want iATKOS on your machine?), and it should theoretically be possible to get Mountain Lion running, albeit a pain in the ass (Thanks Intel X3100). I'm just wondering if anybody else has any hackintoshing experience with this machine. If not, would anybody be willing to help me figure out what I need? The last two machines I got, I had no issue installing Snow Leopard on, but this one is being a bit of a pain in the ass.

cactusjack901
Well, I'm making a snow leopard SD card via MyHack right now, so if I can't get that running without a headache, I'll go ahead and run lspci through that, and post the output here, sound good? Laberlohe
Hello, perhabs you should give Lion a try. Some users with Thinkpad T61 managed to get their X3100 working with QE/CI, see here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/264571-mac-lion-on-thinkpad-t61-with-intel-x3100/ Good luck!
