Hello,

It's been awhile since I've messed around with Hackintosh stuff but I would greatly appreciate some assistance with the following Graphics Issue with my Toshiba Satellite A50-A-0JR. I have managed to get OSX 10.9 Mavericks installed. The image I have is an Intel USB image set up with Clover.

I am to include all information that I can:

- To install I had to remove "Inject Intel" in the Clover Graphics Injector menu.

The Graphics Model is an Intel 4000 on an Intel Core i5 3210m CPU. I have no dedicated graphics, such as Nvidia/AMD.

Now, during the installation, the Intel 4000 works fine. It displays on the Laptop LCD and works, however, after installation and even with the same "Inject Intel" removed, it will not output anything to the Laptop LCD after it gets through the boot process when I select Boot OSX from HD.

What will happen is if I connect an HDMI Monitor or TV it will receive a signal but it is garbled like the image below. The OS is NOT frozen as when I move the mouse I can see changes. I'm pretty sure it's on the OSX Welcome screen.

When I use Safe Mode (-x) the laptop LCD simply remains gray and it locks up.

So, is there a way I can resolve this via boot flags or kext replacement? If so, this would be great. I got this laptop on a Boxing Day sale ($250 off) and was hoping it was going to work out of the box. Proved me wrong lol.

Thanks!

- Scott

Yeah I actually got it working perfectly with the following:

Clover -> Graphics Injector: Enabled

-f -UseKernelCache=N

Booted perfectly and it's friggin working.

If I have any other issues with video i'll refer to that link above. Awesome info.

Thanks!
