ome_tony12
Hi there, While I was building my Hackintosh/OSx86 machine, I mostly have looked on this forum for any references, but never posted on it. So, here with my first post, I will introduce myself (sort of). My name is Tony, and I've got a HP Compaq DC7700 with the specs below given free to me. HP Compaq DC7700 Intel Core2Duo ~1,86 Ghz 4GB Ram ~ 800 Mhz Intel e1000 lan Western Digital HDD 80GB Samsung HDD 750GB Really didn't know what tot do with the machine, and there was one moment I thought, It would be nice to run OS X on it. So I've bought a Asus GT630 (nvidia) for this machine, so I could run OS X on it I've used the following guide (okay, I just used myhack), and installed OS X 10.9 Mavericks on it https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Mp9g9oFPXLQhBbofosDocTuRGzBwTxN0EHznCaOdI2s/edit?pli=1 Now, the problem is the following: With VoodooHDA 0.2.1 my audio is working, when I've left my graphics card out. With the graphics card in, due the fact there is a HDMI + Audio chip on the graphics card, the Intel HDA won't work. So I've tried the solution on this page: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/220707-solved-acl889-and-hdmi-video-card/ But it really wouldn't work. My line-in and microphone are recognised by the VoodooHDA. Like you can see in the attachment, OS X sees the Intel HDA devices, but won't work with it. (Don't put them in "Devices") I really want it to work like the way I installed it right now, I don't want to buy other stuff for this machine Mostly because it's just really good fun to mess around with it, to get it working. All of the other stuff is working really well, and compared to Windows, really fast on this old machine. Can anybody help me with this? Any help would be appreciated. Greetings, Tony
