mrjayviper Posted December 25, 2013 Share Posted December 25, 2013 Hello. I've successfully installed OSX on my AMD desktop(FX81xx) and writing this post using it. Anyway, I've no sound. :/ My Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 board uses ALC889 chipset. I searched the net and came across this driver. But it's not working for me. Any ideas on what could be wrong? thanks edit1: Seems I get sound using VoodooHDA. I should've searched some more edit2: Volume is TOO low though. I can barely hear anything edit3: Seems there's a setting I can change in Info.plist but this does nothing!!! :/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
