Shaneee
It repairs the permissions on the extensions (kexts) Are you booting using -f? Also try UseKernelCache=No
keillerh
Yes, i'm using the -f parameter. it didn't work with UseKernelCache=No. I tried with GraphicsEnabler=Yes and No and nothing.
Shaneee
Normally an instant reboot is due to the patched kernel not being present. Are you sure you copied it over?
keillerh
I did not told you that the black screen shows again, and does not restart. I'm sure i copied the kernel. I can rebuild the usb or I can just copy the kernel again. What do you recommend?
Shaneee
Try coping the kernel again. Boot the installer again and open terminal as before and use this command. sudo rm /Volumes/YOUR HDD NAME/mach_kernel sudo cp -PR /Volumes/"Pandora Installer"/mach_kernel /Volumes/YOUR HDD NAME/ Remember to replace YOUR HDD NAME with the name you gave the drive when it was formatted. keillerh
It Works. I did it and boot it but i dont have the keyboard and the mouse again. Maybe are the permissions.
Shaneee
Forgot about those you could have copied them at the same time. Terminal once again then you can do the rest from your system. sudo cp -PR /Volumes/"Pandora Installer"/System/Library/Extensions/AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext /Volumes/NAME OF YOUR HDD/System/Library/Extensions sudo cp -PR /Volumes/"Pandora Installer"/System/Library/Extensions/VoodooPS2Controller.kext /Volumes/NAME OF YOUR HDD/System/Library/Extensions Use -f at boot and repair the permissions once you are booted with Disk Utility. Shaneee
Panic on AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement. Are you using -blacklist?
keillerh
Yes, i'm using all the parameters that you gave me: -x -f -v -blacklist GraphicsEnabler=Yes
Shaneee
Hmm the blacklist should disable that file. Add -s to your bootflags and type this when the system halts at single user mode, sudo rm /System/Library/Extensions/AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext
keillerh
It show me that AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext is a directory when i try to delete it. And one minute after start in a single mode the kernel error appears again. Maybe with the usb installer i can do that.
Shaneee
Yes use terminal from the installer but change the command to suit the directory. sudo rm /Volumes/YOUR HDD/System/Library/Extensions/AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext
keillerh
It Keeps showing me that is a directory and i can't delete it. Edit: I did it with the -R parameter and i deleted it.

Shaneee
Download Chameleon from here and install it to your HDD, http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/getdownload/2267-chameleon-22-svn/ Then place these files in /Extra. Archive.zip Your WiFi wont work on OS X. I suggest getting an Atheros AR5B91 to replace the RTL8188CE as it works OOB.
keillerh
So, then i need a new wireless card. . What about the ethernet. Sound is not working too, I'm checking the model of the soundcard.
Shaneee
Here are the two files for Ethernet and Audio. They should work fine. If you get the card I mentioned (AR5B91) you wont have any problems. Archive.zip Download this app to install the kexts, http://cvad-mac.narod.ru/files/Kext_Utility.app.v2.5.6.zip It automatically repairs all permissions after installing. Just drag the kext files over the app and enter your password.
