Hi

I'd like to install OSX in my laptop (Acer Aspire 5552g)

hw specs:

AMD Phenom II N950 (quad 2.1)

Mobility Radeon HD5650 1GB

4GB RAM

Realtek ALC272

Any chance that I can install OSX on it?

Yep, you can do this.

If you just want to try it, the fastest way to do it is to download some distros (Niresh, iAtkos etc) but there is no higher version of OSX than 10.8.

If you want to do this for your work you need to be pacient and download Mavericks 10.9 from AppStore and make a bootable Installer. Then you can replace the kernel with the latest one from Sinetek (V2/V3) or another from Bronozvka and try it :)

EDIT: Just an example from some guy on youtube :) This is the older version of osx (Lion 10.7) but you can try it with newest (Mavericks 10.9)

I tried to Niresh 10.8.5 and chameleon bootloader with "amd" flag.

Stop here, and nothing happens. :-/

Does you laptop have FN and brightness keys? My HP laptop freezes there and I bring the brightness all the way down the up and it continues to load. Sounds strange but it works.

Are you using USB to install? If so then when it freezes unplug the USB and wait a minute or so then re insert it. If your not using a USB when it hangs wait a minute or so then insert a USB drive and hopefully it should pass.

Found a few posts claiming that it only does this in verbose (-v) so try -x -f GraphicsEnabler=Yes

Unfortunately it did not work. I've tried many bootloaders, but always stops at the same place.
