verdant Posted December 16, 2013 Share Posted December 16, 2013 (edited) @ one9092002 Look for HPET using Windows Device Manager under System Devices. If you see "high precision event timer"listed, then your MOBO supports it...... If so, I am still not sure what further changes to the DSDT HPET section are required for OS X natural power management to work on the DFI P965-S MOBO......but I have PM'd you a very simple version to try..... verdant Posted December 16, 2013 Share Posted December 16, 2013 @ artur-pt Your attached DSDT is for an ASUS MOBO but one9092002 is talking here about his DFI Infinity P965-S MOBO........AFAIK it is not recommended to use a different MOBO brand/model DSDT file......?
