fremamac
Hi all. I installed Mac OS X 10.8.2 in triple boot (Mac,Win8,Ubuntu13.04) on my laptop Asus f3sr. For OSx installation I connected an usb mouse and keyboard and I used the ##### guide and, using GraphicsEnabler=No, all worked fine. At the first reboot I downloaded ##### 5.5.5 for ML and I installed it marking only EASY BEAST INSTALLATION, CUSTOMIZATION--BOOT OPTIONS--GRAPHICSENABLER=NO and DRIVERS AND BOOTLOADERS--DRIVERS--MISCELLANEOUS--PS/2 KEYBOARD/MICE AND TRACKPADS (for integrated keyboard/mouse). Now I can boot normally from hdd and I would like to activate the graphic card. I haven't any idea how to do so... these are my first steps in this new world... I read a lot about how to install graphics cards but nothing about my card. I need help. I need a start point... Thanks. styrian
You should ask for support, where you have got your software for your install from. These methods are not supported here. Please read this: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/ and this: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/275941-very-important-please-read-about-tonymacx86/ You get for sure support, if you have problems with here provided tools. like this one: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/11-pandoraapp/ Have fun.
fremamac
Thanks for reply. I will read your links and try to understand something I just read it all and I'm sorry for not having done it before. I'm for the open source spirit and I will reinstall my Asus f3sr with insanelymac filosophy. Which guide and which version of osX can I use for my Asus? Unfortunately, the HD2400 is not supported by ML, the only version that you can successfully install is Snow Leopard. I do not think the graphics card is recognized by Lion
