styrian
You should try to make a vanilla installer without installing any hack on it. When you have time you can read this: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/280756-guide-the-all-in-one-guide-to-vanilla-os-x-including-chameleon-dsdt-for-beginners-updated-for-mavericks/ and try to use this tool: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/11-pandoraapp/ It is not a good idea to use an install method, invented by only one person, which is thinking, that installing OSX can work on all devices only in this way. Do you know, what the MyHack.kext is for and how it works? You should choose SMBios of MBP 9,2, which is nearly matching your hardware and also remove all NVDA kexts and AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext from S/L/E your usb installer. But back this kexts up for later usage. Setting flags -f -v or -x -f -v at chameleon bootpromt can help you doing your install. After install you will have to find the correct platform IG for Capri. IG 4 or 3 are working in most cases. You can set the IG in the Options of Chameleon or Enoch bootloader and also try all other values. Have fun.

styrian
Copy with terminal by booting your usb installer nullcpupowermanagement.kext to S/L/E of your hd install. After that repair it´s permissons with diskutility. Have fun.
sanketh
The installation of Mac osx using Pandora. Led to corruption of my windows and had to reinstall my windows 8 from scratch..
