Hello

I'm having trouble hablilitar my card reader, I noticed that many were able to enable the same, because it is a USB device.
But in my case, I checked in Windows and it is a PCI device, how do I enable it? A modified kext or DSDT?

If it is really a PCIe Realtek one, it will never work. If you need one, you have to buy an external one.

Have fun.
