tj5
I've done Thunderbolt Firmware v. 1.2 update numerous times and it keeps popping up as needing to be updated. I don't even have a thunderbolt device installed. It seems to also cause a sleeping problem by inserting a "BackGroundTask" = 1 that is named "com.apple.metadata.mds_stores.maintenance" . I've tried about every trick I know including remove all the thunderbolt.kexts and of course disabling updates but it keep coming back. It shows as being updated 7 times in the last 30 days. Not sure if I need a clean install or what? Outside of this problem everything else is running smooth.
