    AppleHDA Patch Requests.

Files that you should send me:

  •  IOREG.ioreg (Use this App IORegistryExplorer).
  •  DSDT.aml (Fixed I will not make the correction for you)
  • CodecDump extracted from Linux.
  • After installing kext and repair permissions reconstruct caches.

After installing the AppleHDA I return with a copy of IOREG.ioreg + Printscreen information system / sound.

Note: inside has a readme file with the necessary information.

Installed the AppleHDA + HDAEnabler as per your instructions. The device is still not available in System Preferences.

Here are the other two items you asked for:

Okay that blows my mind... I did an audio codec dump in linux with:

cat /proc/asound/card0/codec#0 > ~/Desktop/codec_dump.txt

Is that wrong?

I gave that a try but I need to use either 2000 or 3000 to boot or else, well, I don't boot lol

Edit: I just read another post that said 3000 can break audio so I tried 2000 and still no go.

NPCI=0x2000 also breaks the audio.

Bummer... so what are my options? Do I have to stick with the sound card or is there a solution?

but if you have to use this flag,
I suggest you use voodooHDA.

Sadly I've tried many versions of voodooHDA with no good luck.

Manually installed voodooHDA v284 and also tried again without either flag.

It won't boot without either flag and the on board device doesn't show up with voodooHDA either.
