Lole93 Posted November 2, 2013 Share Posted November 2, 2013 Hi, I bought an Asus Desktop (CG8250) with that specs: CPU: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.20Ghz RAM: DDR3 8GB HDD: Toshiba 1TB (GPT) GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX550 ti I know that it is an UEFI asus motherboard but I wasn't able to find out the motherboard's model. Cpu-z says it is an CG8250_CG8350 motherboard but i found nothing about that model surfing on the internet. Anyone has more specific info about this motherboard? I also read (here: http://www.macbreaker.com/2012/11/how-to-set-up-asus-hackintosh.html ) that Asus Uefi motherboards need to be patched in order to boot the osx installation drive.
