Gringo Vermelho
Use Chameleon's kernel patcher module or TSCSync.kext/VoodooTSCSync.kext. Until you can do that, you need to boot with CPUS=1. Your video card is not supported in Snow Leopard. You need Mountain Lion for the NVS 140M to work properly. We have some pretty good guides for the T61 (both NVS 140M and X3100 video), use google like this: Thinkpad T61 site:insanelymac.com to find them. I highly recommend using the Middleton BIOS on your T61. Read more here.
