10.8.5 Vanilla Post Installation Help. Can not enable full graphics Xeon E3-1200 v2/3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller

This is my 10th and toughest build.

 

I have installed OSX 10.8.5 via step upgrade 10.8 - 10.8.1 -10.8.2 - 10.8.3 -10.8.4 -10.8.5

I can not enable full graphics (q/e c/i) on any 10.8.x

 

Can someone please help?

im having trouble with this

 

Maybe I don't understand completely. 

I added

HDEFLayout 1

and

Injectintel-ig = 25108608

 

this got me out of booting in safe mode. but still no q/e c/i
