maxxxy Posted October 26, 2013 Share Posted October 26, 2013 hello guysI'm going crazy!!!I have a asrock z87 Extreme6with i7 4770 haswell16gb ramasus gtx660tiI did a lot of tests.just start the installation dell'hackintosh I get the apple for 1 second and then reboot the pcI tried it with ML 10.8.2 and 10.8.5 MLthe bios should be ok. ahci enabled. acpi enabled.use a USB boot made with myhack.I also tried with versions of niresh.always the same problemthank you!!!!!! rlf Posted October 26, 2013 Share Posted October 26, 2013 Haswell is not compatible with 10.8.2, only 10.8.5 and 10.9.x While setting up OSX, always boot in verbose mode -v (you should see text, not the Apple) Check these BIOS settings: Limit CPUID Max - Disable Execute Disable Bit - Enable Intel Virtualization - Enable 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

rlf Posted October 27, 2013 Share Posted October 27, 2013 Be sure you have the latest BIOS. Also, you do have the Execute Disable Bit setting. In your BIOS, it is called "No-Execute Memory Protection". This should be enabled. It is found in BIOS -> Advanced -> CPU Configuration. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
