Not any weird driver but only patched AppleHDA and FakeSMC but I noticed a weird stutter when opening Disk Utilty. It doesn't open smooth in the animation. As far I noticed, this is only with Disk Util. Also sometimes when I want to open a file within an application it takes several second before showing files (spinning wheel in corner) while I have fast SSD. I also noticed that the stutter occurs when in Mav installation screen on a [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] usb install. Also, I don't know if it's related but when I verify my SSD using disk utility it doesn't tell me when it's done It just goes Verifying volume “OS X” Checking file system Checking Journaled HFS Plus volume. Checking multi-linked files. Checking volume information. and just stops afterward, sometimes it stops at the 2nd line. Sandisk Extreme SSD, I did a fresh install to be sure but I got the same issue. And as I said before, it also happens while on the disk utility install menu from my USB Key... tonyrevo Posted October 25, 2013 Share Posted October 25, 2013 Same Issue in disk utility. 10.8.5 graphics all together were super fast when compared to Mavericks. Go to About this mac -> More information -> System Report; Once opened system report window, minimize it to dock then click again on "System Report" button at About this mac window.
