mBaRrE
Hm, that's uncool. Maybe you can find some help in those threads: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/284684-icloudfacetimeappstore-login-errors/ and http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/280756-guide-the-all-in-one-guide-to-vanilla-os-x-including-chameleon-dsdt-for-beginners-updated-for-mavericks/ Maybe it's also an good idea to start a new thread about this issue in the 10.6 Post-Installation section . CarmeB
I'm not too familiar with Chameleon Wizard, but i did install it and I already had EthernetBuiltIn in my org.chameleon.boot.plist. I changed my SMBIOS to Imac with almost exactly same configuration as my rig. I will reboot and test to see what happens. well, I tried with the following from CW and still get the same error message trying to download. Try my SMBios.plist and org.chameleon.boot.plist and dsdt. files.zip
snifferpro
I will give your files a shot and report back later today. Just getting the install dmg is really proving to be a hassle for me but I'll keep working at it. Thanks.
AliBaba2011
Also check under "About tis Mac" whether your networkcard in en0. If it is listed as en1 it won't work. In that case You have to remove all networkadapters in systemsettings - network und also delete these 2 files: Networkinterfaces.plist & Perferences.plist They are located under library-perfrences-systemconfiguration. Reboot and ad your networkadapters again starting with the card you want to use for Internet access. Now it is en0. Had this problem yesterday and couldn't remember how I fixed it the last time. *Update concerning Sound* The patched dsdt solution together with ad2000b.kext version 12E47 is definetly working. Thanks again Mr Mag00 for the help.
snifferpro
Try my SMBios.plist and org.chameleon.boot.plist and dsdt. I just replaced my files with yours and Mavericks is downloading as I type. Anything I should be aware of with your files? Once downloaded, I will attempt upgrade to Mavericks. Thanks for your assistance. I may be requesting further assistance after Mavericks install. snifferpro
So it doesn't boot after that screen? No the systems just stops there. I removed Virtual Box and will try again. I have a question though. In you rguide you say "Mount Mac OS X Mavericks image. Close the windows that shows up and open Pandora app". Do you mean double click on "Install OX X Mavericks" and shrink the resulting window?

If you have downloaded Mavericks from Mac App Store, you will have just the "Install Mavericks.app", so you have only to drop the icon into Pandora. rozp89
Hello OP, You mention Fabio1971 in your guide as to his help in a mountain lion install on the same board - is there a guide for that anywhere kicking around? I'm trying to install ML on the P5q3 deluxe wifi board (Mavericks isn't compatible with some of my software you see...). Cheers rozp89

CarmeB
I've done the upgrade to Yosemite downloading the update and then, restoring the InstallEsd.dmg to usb and installing Chameleon on pendrive Then i boot from usb and installed Yosemite without doing a clean installation. All works like on mavericks (also sleep, restart and shutdown). I'm with Clover. I have only a problem with Trim, due kext-signing on Yosemite.. During this week I'm going to release a simple guide! Stay tuned!
