Hello all,

I am new to the forum and am looking for some help. I have tried all options I can think of. Google'd everything I could and scoured forum after forum. Nothing seems to be solving my problem.

I have an Acer v5-571p-6815. These are the specs:

Processor: Intel Core i5 3317u @ 1.7Ghz

Memory: 6GB DDR3 SDRAM

HDD: 750GB

Graphics: Intel HD 4000

I have tried the following tutorials:

http://www.insanelym...-mountain-lion/

http://www.yumapk.co...-571p-6815.html

Even tried this as a different variation of model and processor:

http://www.osx86.net...aspire-v3-571g/

None of these have worked. I have used ##### AND myHack. I can make it to the installer if I use safe boot, however that removes my keyboard and trackpad functionality. I do not have a USB Mouse and have attempted to do the install via Keyboard only however Disk Utility is not TAB friendly and Terminal froze up and forced restart. I have tried many boot flags but none have done the trick. When attempting to boot fresh from ##### USB this is the error I get:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would really like to see my Laptop as a Mac! It's perfect for it!

Download NullCPUPowermanagement and FakeSMC and replace them in /Extra folder.

If you want the PS/2 keyboard and mouse to work you can place VoodooPS2 kext in /Extra.
