rlf
It looks like a video problem. Turn off the Nvidia card in BIOS. Turn on the iGPU (HD 4000) in BIOS. Go into the Extra folder and find the file "org.chameleon.Boot.plist" and add the following two lines above the </dict> <key>device-properties</key> <string>7f0000000100000001000000730000000200000002010c00d041030a000000000101060000027fff04002c0000004100410050004c002c00690067002d0070006c006100740066006f0072006d002d006900640000000800000003006601140000006800640061002d0067006600780000000d0000006f6e626f6172642d31</string>

Thanks for answering. It took a little time that i could test it again, sorry for that. I have not any of those KEXTs you said (I'm using iATKOS ML2) and i booted with "-f -v GraphicsEnabler=No", but no difference, Still the same damn black screen. some guys told me to set Video Internal memory to 64(from 128MB), But to achieve this i have to downgrade my BIOS with modded BIOS (To enable Advanced Menu) too risky . So What you think? Could it cause this problem?
Gabechrism
You do have the choice it's simply changing switchable to integrated in the bios
