how i can enable 3d acceleration in osx on vmware?

good moring, do you know how to enable 3D acceleration on osx 10.8? my pc supports 3D acceleration.

I tried to install this file http://www.insanelym...os-x-darwiniso/ but the 3D acceleration does not work the same.
sorry my bad english i'm italian.
 
Edit: i am using the mahmood osx image

As far as I know, unfortunately there is no way to do that, even on a real Mac.

can you recommend a vlc alternative because does not work without 3d acceleration?

Yes it does, you can disable hardware acceleration in preferences.

 

Anyway just watch videos on the host, problem solved...??
